CONACYT Scholarship at Macquarie University 2025

This scholarship provides students with a 30% award of their total tuition fees if they enroll in one of Macquarie University's postgraduate master's or PhD programs. By its scholarship requirements, CONACYT will pay the remaining tuition balance in addition to providing Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and a monthly stipend of roughly USD 1,000. Students who have completed a degree at a Mexican institution and are starting a postgraduate coursework program in areas other than business will be given priority. This scholarship provides a 30% tuition fee waiver to students who plan to enrol in a postgraduate program at Macquarie University.

Eligibility for CONACYT Scholarship:

• Students should hold a Mexican nationality.
• Students should have a full offer for either a single or double-degree course in an eligible program.
• Students should attain a minimum WAM of 65 or its equivalent when applying for a postgraduate coursework program.
• Students should start their studies in the year and session specified in their offer letter for a scholarship.
• Students must not, unless specifically indicated by the Scholarship Committee, have received funding or sponsorship for the degree from Macquarie University or another institution.

All eligible candidates must submit an application to CONACYT.

Value of the Scholarship:

The successful candidates are awarded up to 30% of total tuition fees.
