Higher Education Scholarship by Spark 2024

Spark Scholarships are designed to meet the specific requirements of the local job market, by collaborating with regional universities, government departments, and community groups in Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KR-I), and Palestine. This partnership guarantees that motivated young people have the opportunity to find employment upon completing their studies.

Eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must hold a graduation degree.
• Applicants must be from Syria, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KR-I), and Palestine.
• Applicants who are Syrian refugees are mostly preferred.
• Applicants from under-represented and economically backward backgrounds are generally preferred.
