Carmelina Narciso Scholarship Endowment at San Francisco State University 2025

The Narciso family is dedicated to promoting higher education. This scholarship aims to reassure single parents that their efforts and sacrifices are valuable. The education they are receiving at San Francisco State University will create numerous opportunities, demonstrating to their children that hard work leads to rewards.

Eligibility criteria:

• Applicant must be enrolled for undergraduate or graduate degree in the College of Business who is also a single parent, or a student who comes from a single parent.
• Must demonstrate financial need.
• The minimum GPA requirements are 2.5 for both undergraduate and graduate students.
• Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least 6 units, while graduate students must be enrolled in at least 4 units.

Value: $1,000

Application requirements: Applicants must answer Supplemental Questions to be eligible.

Note: If no single parent or their child applies for the scholarship, it will be awarded to a student from the Guardian Scholars Program instead.
