Eligibility Criteria for the Ruth Magnuson Roberts Scholarship:
- The applicants can be of any nationality.
- The applicants must be undergraduate students.
- The applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- The applicants must be studying history in either their sophomore or junior year.
- Demonstration of financial need is required.
Application Process:
- History students may apply for scholarships, fellowships, and awards by completing an electronic application for the College of Arts and Sciences.
- The application opens at the beginning of September each year and must be submitted no later than January 31 for the following fall semester.
- Students who complete the WSU General Scholarship Application are automatically considered for all scholarships in CAS, including department, school, and academic program scholarships.
NOTE: The scholarship is renewable based on satisfactory academic progress.
