Indiana Tech Presidential Scholarship at Indiana Institute of Technology 2026

The Presidential Scholarship will recognize students for their achievements and encourage them to grow their leadership abilities.

Eligibility Criteria for the Indiana Tech Presidential Scholarship:

• Applicants must be U.S. nationals.
• Applicants must be pursuing undergraduate courses.

Selection Criteria: 

• For incoming freshmen:
  • 3.75 GPA or higher (on a 4.0 point scale).
  • Minimum of 26 ACT score or 1240 SAT
  • Acceptance to Indiana Tech
• For transfer students:
  • Qualified for scholarship upon graduating high school.
  • Maintain a 3.5 GPA at their previous institution.
  • Minimum of 26 ACT score or 1240 SAT.
• Preference may be given to candidates who have established contributions within the Fort Wayne community, especially within the East Central neighborhood.

Application Process:

• Applicants must submit:
  • The Presidential Scholarship application.
  • An essay demonstrating Character and leadership.
  • A resume describing key accomplishments and contributions.
  • A recommendation from a non-relative about how you demonstrate one of Indiana Tech’s core values: respect, commitment, honesty, passion, or integrity.
• Applicants must complete the FAFSA and meet financial aid deadlines each year to be awarded the scholarship.

Value of the Indiana Tech Presidential Scholarship:

• Successful candidates will receive a Full-Tuition scholarship. It is valid for eight consecutive semesters.
• Presidential Scholars must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. to retain the scholarship.
