Eligibility for the MPA Tuition Waivers

• The MPA Tuition Waivers are available to students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program.
• All students, regardless of whether they have previously received a tuition waiver, must submit the required form each semester they plan to attend.
• The waivers are offered based on the availability of funding each academic year.
• Please note that out-of-state, online-only, and international students are not eligible for the tuition waiver.

Application Process for the MPA Tuition Waivers

• Students must submit an application form for each semester they intend to attend.
• The deadlines for the 2025-2026 academic year are as follows:
• Summer 2025: April 1, 2025
• Fall 2025: July 1, 2025
• Spring 2026: December 1, 2025 Students must meet the application deadlines and provide the necessary documentation to be considered for the waiver.

Benefits and Value of the MPA Tuition Waivers

• Tuition waivers are awarded as a credit toward tuition expenses and have no cash value, meaning they cannot be used for fees or books.
• Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible.
• The waivers allow students the freedom to pursue full-time or part-time employment or internships without any work obligation in exchange for the waiver.
