Public Service Commission (PSC) Masters Scholarships in Singapore 2025

The PSC Master’s Scholarship is for undergraduates at any year of study who are keen to pursue a Master’s degree upon graduation or recent graduates with no more than 3 years of working experience in the private/non-government sector. Public officers can contact their respective agencies on opportunities for postgraduate sponsorship.

Eligibility for Public Service Commission (PSC) Masters Scholarships:

• Open to Singapore Citizens
• Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential.
• Applicants must present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records.
• Academic requirements:
  • GCE A-levels; or
  • International Baccalaureate; or
  • NUS High School Diploma; or
  • Polytechnic Diploma; or
  • Other high school diploma or equivalent; and
  • University results.
