The School of Population Health at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences established the School of Population Health Doctoral Publication Excellence Prize in 2018. The Prize's primary goal is to recognize excellence in doctorate studies as demonstrated by a publication of the highest caliber.
Eligibility for the School of Population Health Doctoral Publication Excellence Prize at the University of Auckland:
- Students have to be enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences School of Population Health.
- The final version of the essay appearing in a print or online academic journal publication is considered publication.
Application Process:
Students are not required to fill out an online application or apply for this scholarship, award, or prize. It is given out based on the advice of the appropriate University of Auckland committee or faculty.
Selection Process:
- Nomination is made to the Scholarships Office
- The Prize is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
