Every year, experts and dedicated volunteers from over 40 countries are funded by the CrossCulture Programme (CCP). Participants improved their knowledge, made new relationships, and developed intercultural skills over two to three months of work-related stays in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries. The CCP Fellows' networks, experience, and local knowledge are thus advantageous to the host organizations. Additionally, participants can go to professional events, networking opportunities, and transcultural training organized by the CCP. Participants take the experience they have obtained back to their home organization after returning to their regular work lives. Fellowships will be available both on-site and digitally by 2024.
