Eligibility Criteria for Thomas Jefferson Prize in United States History 2024:
- Students need to be enrolled in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Arts conjoint student, majoring in History, who achieved the highest mark in Stage II or III level course in United States History.
- Students should have achieved a GPA of at least 7.00 (equivalent to an A- average).

- Nomination is made to the Scholarships Office
- The Prize is awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of the Deputy Head (Academic) of the School of Humanities
