Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship 2024-25

Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship is offered by Westpac Scholars Trust for students planning to pursue their undergraduate studies in Information Technology. The value of the scholarship is $5,000 per year for up to 3 years, and access to enrichment programs that develop your leadership potential and kickstart your technology career.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship:

• The applicant must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• The applicant must have completed high school within the last two years.
• The applicant must have chosen to commence an approved STEM-related degree at one of the five partner universities.
• The applicant must attend the Disruptive Leaders Program in Singapore (July 2026).
• The applicant must attend the 2025 Westpac Scholars Summit in Sydney on 7-8 April.
• The applicant must enroll full-time in a STEM-related program at one of the partnered universities:
  • Murdoch University
  • Queensland University of Technology
  • RMIT
  • Western Sydney University
  • University of Wollongong

Application Process:

• All eligible candidates are shortlisted by the respective universities.
• The shortlisted candidates are invited to attend an interview to confirm their selection.
