The University of Leeds is offering the Katrina Honeyman Scholarship to all international students enrolling in BA History or BA International History and Politics courses of study for the year 2024. Before her retirement in 2011, Katrina Honeyman (1950–2011) taught social and economic history at the School of History. In honor of her career-long encouragement and support of students, the scholarships bear her name.
Eligibility of the University of Leeds Katrina Honeyman Scholarship:
- Open to all International students.
- Applicants must enroll in BA History or BA International History and Politics courses of study at the university.
- Applicants must demonstrate outstanding academic performance.
Value of the Katrina Honeyman Scholarship:
Successful applicants of the Katrina Honeyman Scholarship will receive an annual award of £2,000 towards the cost of tuition fees in each year of study.
Number of scholarships available:
Two Katrina Honeyman Scholarships are available from the School of History to deserving foreign students.
Application process:
No application form has to be filled out. The scholarships are given in honor of exceptional academic achievement to all overseas candidates who are offered a spot for 2024 entrance into either the BA in History or the BA in Overseas History and Politics.
