The UQ Academic Scholarship program includes the UQ Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship. Established in 2009, donations and finances from The University of Queensland are used to sustain the scholarship.
Eligibility for UQ Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship:
- Applicants may come from any nationality provided they have completed Years 11 and 12 in Australia.
- Applicants must achieve a minimum ATAR of 99.90 or equivalent.
- Applicants must complete Year 12 in 2024 or 2023 (if on a gap year).
- Applicants must enroll as full-time students in any of the undergraduate programs in 2025.
- Applicants must have applied for a tertiary place through QTAC and have UQ listed as their 1st QTAC preference.
Application Process:
All eligible candidates must apply online to be considered for the scholarship.
Value of the Scholarship:
The successful candidates are awarded AUD 12,000 per year.
