US Embassy Serbia Fulbright Graduate Study Program 2024

The Fulbright Graduate Study Program competition for the 2024–2025 academic year is hereby announced by the US Embassy in Serbia.  Young professionals from Serbia can study for a year or longer at U.S. colleges to pursue master's degrees in the following subjects thanks to the Fulbright Graduate Study Program: Agriculture, American History, American Literature, American Studies, Anthropology, Archaeology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, Education, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geography, Geology, Information Sciences, Journalism / Media Studies, Law, Library Science, Linguistics, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, TEFL/Applied Linguistics.

Eligibility for US Embassy Serbia Fulbright Graduate Study Program:

• Candidates have to be Republic of Serbian nationals. Those holding dual citizenship (Serbian and American) and permanent residents of the United States are not eligible.
• Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken English. During the selection process, the GRE and TOEFL will be administered to the chosen applicants.
• Candidates must be qualified for a J-1 visa, which has a two-year minimum residency requirement that must be met upon the grantee's return to the Republic of Serbia after the grant period.
• A completed undergraduate degree is a requirement for applicants at the time of application.
• Nominees for a Fulbright award are those who are currently enrolled in courses in the United States.
• The applicants' medical clearance must be satisfactory.
• Those who want to live in the US permanently are not eligible.
