A C Toh — SUTD Scholarship

The A C Toh — SUTD Scholarship is established in honour of the founder of ACT Holdings, the late Mr Toh Aik Choon. The Scholarship is available to outstanding undergraduates pursuing their studies at SUTD.

Eligibility criteria -

• The applicants must be applying for admission to SUTD’s undergraduate degree programme
• They must have outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, Local Polytechnic Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma, or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.
• They should possess leadership potential, creative thinking, passion, a collaborative outlook, integrity, and character.
• The recipient is required to achieve and maintain good academic standing. Academic performance will be reviewed every term.
• They must be active in co-curricular activities and community service involvement.
• Recipients are required to complete at least 20 hours of service to the University.

Application process -

• The interested incoming students should apply for the Scholarship when applying for admission to SUTD, and the shortlisted applicants will be notified in due course.
• Scholarships are awarded based on competition among eligible applicants.
• SUTD reserves the right not to award any scholarship if there are no candidates of sufficient merit.

Note - 

• Under the Tuition Grant Scheme, non-Singaporeans will be obligated to work full-time in Singapore for a minimum period of three years upon graduation.
• Special consideration will be given for candidates with demonstrated financial need, where Per Capita Income is at S$2,250 and below per month
