The AIT Scholarships aim to support talented international students in pursuing Master’s and Doctoral degree programs at AIT in Thailand.
Eligibility Criteria for AIT Scholarships:
Applicants must:
- Be of any nationality.
- Meet AIT’s English proficiency requirements:
- For Master’s: Minimum IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.0
- For Doctoral: Minimum IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.5
- Hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (for Master’s applicants).
- Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university (for Doctoral applicants), and:
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 in their Master’s
- Have at least 2.75 CGPA in undergraduate studies (especially if from a top-tier institution)
- Apply to eligible programs in one of the following AIT schools:
- School of Engineering and Technology (SET)
- School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD)
- School of Management (SOM)
Value of the Scholarship:
The scholarship covers full or partial tuition fees; however, it does not include the registration fee of 20,000 Baht per semester or living expenses, which range from approximately 11,500 to 15,000 Baht per month. The scholarship amount is determined prior to enrollment and remains fixed throughout the duration of the program.
