Students who regularly achieve well academically and have the potential to be major contributors to the institution and its communities are recognized by Deakin. Scholarships are offered in the following areas: general studies, sports studies, STEM, and creative arts. Students who pass will have to take part in the Professional Excellence Program run by the Vice-Chancellor.
Eligibility for Deakin Vice-Chancellor’s Meritorious 100% Scholarship India:
- The applicant must be an Indian national holding a current Indian passport.
- The candidate must be a resident of India at the time of application and submit their application through one of the authorized Deakin agents in India.
- The applicant must fulfill the academic qualifying requirements listed below:
- 85% overall in Year 12 scores of CBSE / ICSE / State Board; OR
- 10 overall in the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) / A Level; OR
- 32 overall in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP); OR
- 80% overall in an undergraduate degree.
Application Process:
Once the application procedure is complete, all prospective students will be automatically evaluated for the scholarship and informed of the results. Filling out a scholarship application form is not required.
