The Economics and Finance Placement Scholarship aims to support home students from the School of Economics and Finance with a low household income to take the year in the industry program. The scholarship will cover the full cost of the fee in the academic year that the industrial practice is undertaken (normally year 3 of the academic program).
Eligibility for the Economics and Finance Placement Scholarship:
- Applicants must pay full home tuition fees (i.e., not receiving another scholarship).
- Candidates should be registered on a program from the School of Economics and Finance with a year in the industry.
- Students must have secured a work placement (and received official approval from the School) for the academic year 2023/24 and must have met the academic progression requirements.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate an annual household income below £42,000.

Value of the Scholarship:
Students will receive GBP 1,850.
