Eligibility criteria for Elbert J. and Elizabeth T. Barnes English Scholarship -

• The applicant must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
• The applicant must possess strong academic credentials.
• The applicant must be pursuing an English degree.
• Applicants must be worthy, deserving, and of good moral character
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
