GSK Scholarships for Future Health Leaders 2024

Three scholarships are available to help build the capacity of health systems and health-related research in Africa, as well as to assist the education and training of the upcoming generation of global health leaders. Applicants wishing to enroll in the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine's (LSHTM) one-year, full-time, face-to-face MSc program in London are eligible to apply for these very competitive scholarships.

Eligibility for GSK Scholarships for Future Health Leaders:

• Candidates must be citizens of sub-Saharan African nations and residents of such nations.
• Candidates should plan to return to sub-Saharan Africa after completing their master's program at LSHTM.
• Before completing the Scholarships Application Form, candidates must demonstrate that they would not be able to pay for the suggested course of study in any other case.
• The candidates must possess a first degree at the upper second-class equivalency level or fulfill the minimal English language standards set by LSHTM.
• The candidates must have an admission offer for one of LSHTM's intense MSc programs in London for the academic year 2024–2025.

Application Process:

Step 1:

• Fill out an application for a London-based MSc program of study for 2024–2025, following the guidelines found under the program of study's "How to Apply" link.

Step 2:

• You can find the scholarships you are applying for in the "FUNDING DETAILS" section of the application form when you submit your study application. You will not be considered for this award if you do not check the GSK Scholarships for Future Health Leaders on your application.
• Please attach a Scholarships Application Form (docx) to your Step 1 application for study. This application requires the upload of a completed Scholarships Application Form (docx). As references, transcripts, a CV, and other materials should already have been sent in with the application for study, this is the sole attachment needed for scholarships.
