Eligibility Criteria of Hespal Scholarship at University of Glasgow:
- Applicants must be Palestinian nationals.
- Applicants must enroll in any postgraduate program at the university.
- Applicants must be currently employed by one of the Palestinian partners universities.
- Applicants must be nominated by their employer Palestinian university.
- Applicants must return to work for their Palestinian university after their studies and acknowledge it in writing.
- Applicants must surpass all the admission requirements set by the university.
- Applicants with disabilities and displaced individuals are encouraged to apply.
