The Unitec Institute of Technology of Auckland and Govt. of New Zealand is offering Kate Edger Practicum Awards for female undergraduate and postgraduate students. The awards will be made for a year of study that requires a student to undertake a practicum which is usually unpaid and involves travel or residence away from home.
Eligibility for Edger Practicum Awards:
- Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.
- Applicable for Female students.
- Enrolled or applied for either of the following:
- 3rd or 4th year of the undergraduate degree.
- Master's degree or postgraduate diploma from the University of Auckland, the Albany Campus of Massey University, AUT University, Manukau Institute of Technology, Unitec, Northland Polytechnic, or Te Whare Wānanga O Awanuiārangi, Auckland.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate financial need and academic excellence.
Value of the Award:
The successful applicant of the Kate Edger Practicum Awards will receive an award of NZ $7,500.
