The main purpose of the Prize is to reward excellence in a talented student clarinetist, either in performance or in clarinet composition.
Eligibility for Ken Wilson Clarinet Prize 2024:
The Prize will be awarded annually to the student who has been enrolled full-time at any level in a Music Performance program in the School of Music, and who has achieved the highest overall marks in two or more Performance courses for the clarinet.

Value of Ken Wilson Clarinet Prize 2024:
The Prize will be awarded by the University of Auckland Council upon the recommendation of the Head of School of Music.
The value of the prize will be NZD 1,000.
