Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Lesley Lillian Graham Award, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.
• Enrolment: Must be enrolled in the Y68 Bachelor of Education (Secondary) program with a major in English Education.
• Academic Progression: Must maintain an academic progression status of GREEN.
• Full-time Study: Must be studying full-time, completing 60 credit points each semester.
• Final Year Status: Must be in their final year of study, having completed a minimum of 360 credit points.

Application Process

• Application must be submitted through the ECU Online Scholarship Application Portal.
• The portal will be open during the application period (1st March to 30th March 2025).

Required Documentation:

• Applicants will need to provide a personal statement (no more than 500 words) outlining the reasons for choosing English teaching as a career.
