Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants 2025

Eligibility criteria for Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants:

• Applicants must be doctoral students who have successfully completed their confirmation event.
• Applicants must have had a research presentation accepted for a conference.
• Eligible doctoral students should provide evidence that the conference presentation has been formally accepted. 
• Preference will be given to doctoral students attending a conference in their second or third year of study.
• Preference will be given to doctoral students who have not held the Massey University Doctoral Conference Grant before.

Selection Criteria for Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants:

• The paper must be a new, original contribution or clearly justify any extensions of prior work.
• The candidate must be the lead presenter.
• The primary supervisor must fully support and be listed as a co-author.

Value of Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants:

The value of the grant will typically be:

• up to $1,000 for nationally/domestically run conferences.
• up to $2,000 for international conferences.
