RIT Alumni Referral Award

Eligibility:

• This scholarship is available to first-year and transfer students who are referred for admission to Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) by an alumnus/alumna of the university.
• Referral forms must be submitted to the Office of Admission by the application deadline for the student's chosen admission program.

Application Process:

• To apply, students must be referred by an RIT alumnus/alumna. The referral forms must be received by the Office of Admission before the application deadline for the student's selected program.
• Late nominations will not be accepted, and scholarship funds cannot be granted retroactively.

Value/Benefit:

• The scholarship provides $1,000 per year ($500 per semester) for full-time enrollment in required coursework.
• It is stackable and can be combined with other RIT merit-based scholarships.
