Eligibility for RMIT Study Support Scholarship:
- The applicant must be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, a permanent resident of Australia, or the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa.
- Candidate must be enrolled in a certificate IV, diploma, undergraduate degree, or postgraduate coursework program at RMIT for the second semester of 2024.
- Applicant should be registering for a course of study that lasts for at least a semester.
- The applicant should be able to provide evidence of any situation(s) that significantly affect their capacity to learn, such as being on a government-tested low-income benefit or possessing a Centrelink Health Care Card; having a disability; having a long-term medical condition; or identifying as neurodiverse; or struggling with personal, family, or social issues. Candidates should also be from an interstate, rural, or regional location and have migrated to Melbourne for RMIT studies; alternatively, they may have been a state ward or have lived in foster or kinship care in the past.
