Eligibility for the Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship at the University of West England:
- Students must either be in their final year of a UWE Bristol undergraduate degree in the 2023/2024 academic year or have completed a UWE Bristol undergraduate degree in the 2022/2023 academic year.
- Students must have applied to progress to an eligible postgraduate taught (PGT) course at UWE Bristol starting between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2025.
- Students will be invited to apply for the scholarship upon receiving an offer for a PGT course. Some course exclusions may apply.
- The course can be full-time or part-time (part-time scholarships are only available to Home fee-paying students).
- Applicants must have no outstanding debt to the university at Registration.
- Students fully sponsored by their employer or a professional body are not eligible for the scholarship.
- Students who are partly sponsored will receive the discount on the balance of the fees after sponsorship.
- Students who have completed a UWE Bristol degree at a partner institution (either in the UK or overseas) are not eligible.

Application Process:
Applicants for postgraduate courses will get an offer letter including a link to apply through the UWE Bristol Welcome portal.
Value of the Scholarship:
The successful candidates are awarded a discount equivalent to 50% off the full course cost, including the 20% alumni discount.
