Young Leaders Program (School of Government, School of Local Governance) offers the YLP to exceptionally promising young government officials with considerable working experience in the area of public administration.
Eligibility:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree.
- The applicant must have a minimum of three years of working experience in the field in the applicant’s home country.

- The applicant must submit an Online Registration Form.
- The applicant must submit the following documents:
- Statement of Purpose
- Research Proposal
- One clear photograph
- Two letters of recommendation
- Certificate of employment
- Official transcripts of academic records and graduation/degree certificates
