Amirana Scholarships at Heidelberg University 2024-25

The Heidelberg University has initiated Amirana Scholarships for Global South Students at Heidelberg University is awarded exclusively to students from the global South for the subjects medicine and dentistry of the two medical faculties of Heidelberg University. The study grant can be applied for by students who have gotten into financial distress through no fault of their own and who cannot continue or complete their studies without financial help.

Eligibility criteria for Amirana Scholarships for Global South Students at Heidelberg University :

• Open to citizens from low and middle-income countries in the global south.
• Applicants must hold a degree in medicine/dentistry at the University of Heidelberg.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial help.
• The Amirana scholarship is awarded exclusively for the subjects of medicine and dentistry of the two medical faculties of Heidelberg University.

Application Process :

All eligible candidates must apply online to be considered for the scholarship.

Value of the Scholarship :

Successful applicants will receive an educational grant to carry out their studies in medicine in Germany.

Note: It is also possible to apply to applicants who cannot start their studies without financial help. Successful enrollment at Heidelberg University is a prerequisite.
