This scholarship aims to subsidise expenses for postgraduate training for students with Uruguayan citizenship.
Eligibility criteria -

Open to students from Uruguay only, who have Uruguayan citizenship
- Possession of a tertiary qualification. In exceptional cases, proof of equivalent training may be considered and be up to date with the Solidarity Fund (if applicable)
- Having been admitted to a graduate program
- They must not maintain a direct employment relationship with the National Education Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Culture, regardless of its type (budgeted, employment contracts, or contracts with teaching hours)
- Complete the scholarship application form promptly.

- The applicants must also surpass all the requirements set by the university.
