Dean's Scholarship (fund a prescribed amount of tuition and fees)

Eligibility

• To qualify for the Dean's Scholarship, you must have been awarded the scholarship based on your academic achievements.
• To maintain eligibility, you need to stay enrolled as a full-time student and keep a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• You must also maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), which means successfully completing your courses, and follow the University Code of Academic Integrity.
• Additionally, you are required to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Value/Benefit

• The Dean's Scholarship helps to cover a portion of your tuition and fees.
• This scholarship is awarded for four years.
• However, it may be replaced by other NJIT scholarship funds or reduced by other financial aid sources in the future.

Application Process

• The Dean's Scholarship is awarded to you based on your academic achievements.
• Once awarded, you must continue to meet the eligibility requirements to keep the scholarship.
• To apply, you will need to complete the FAFSA and maintain full-time enrollment, a 3.0 GPA, and academic progress.
• If you don't meet the renewal criteria, you can appeal once to keep the scholarship.
