Excellence Master Fellowships (Faculty of Science) at University of Geneva 2025

The Faculty of Science of the University of Geneva is offering fellowships to pursue a Master of Science in Biology, Physics, Earth Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, and Astronomy.

Eligibility for University of Geneva - Faculty of Science Excellence Master Fellowships :

• The applicants must be intending to pursue a Master of Science in any discipline covered by the Faculty.
• The fellowship is open to students from any university with very good performance in their studies.
• The candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree or should be expecting to complete it within 6 months.
• The applicants will be selected based on their excellence and the documents sent.

Application Process :

All eligible candidates must complete and submit the online application along with the following documents:

• Scan copy of the UNIGE card (if not yet a UNIGE student)
• Scan copy of the national identity card or passport
• A Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
• Official transcripts with all grades
• Response to the motivation letter
• TOEFL or other language test proof.

Value of the Fellowship :

• The Faculty of Science Excellence Master Fellowships offers CHF 10,000 to CHF 15,000 per year.
• The grant will be given for one year and extended for the duration of the master's program provided the applicants are successful at the end of their first semester.
