Heart Foundation PostDoc Fellowship 2025

Eligibility for Heart Foundation PostDoc Fellowship:

• The scholarship is open to applicants from Australia and New Zealand.
• The applicant will be considered the Chief Investigator A (CIA) on the project.
• The applicant must be based in Australia for at least 80% of the funding period.
• The candidates applying should be in their first 3 years post-awarding of their Ph.D. 
• The applicant must be no more than 3 years post PhD before the application closing date.
• The background of the candidate should be in subject areas related to cardiovascular health research, clinical, biomedical, public health, and health service delivery.

Documents required:

• Candidates need to submit evidence of citizenship or permanent residency.
• Should provide two signed referee endorsements.
• Documents supporting Ph.D. Conferment as evidence.

Benefits:

The successful applicants of the Heart Foundation PostDoc Fellowship will receive AU$ 75,000 in year 1 and AU$ 76,200 in year 2.
