Eligibility
- The Yorkshire Bioscience Doctoral Training Partnership (YBDTP) PhD project on non-coding RNA structure and gene expression is open to both international and UK (home) students.
- Applicants should hold, or be expected to hold, at least an upper second-class honours degree (or equivalent) in biological, chemical, physical sciences, or mathematics.
- Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the programme, students with a background in various scientific fields are encouraged to apply.
- International applicants must ensure they meet specific entry requirements for their country.
- A limited number of bursaries are available for exceptional international candidates.
Application Process
- To apply for the Yorkshire Bioscience Doctoral Training Partnership PhD project, candidates need to submit an Expression of Interest form by the deadline of 14 March 2025.
- Applicants can apply for up to three projects within the YBDTP partnership. After submission, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which will take place in February 2025.
