Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship:
- Applicant must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program.
- Applicant must be an F-1 student.
- Applicants on a government or NGO sponsorship program except with a bilateral agreement are not eligible.
- Applicants enrolled in online studies are eligible.

Value of the Scholarship:
Successful applicants will receive the following-
- $4,000 – 8,000 per year, available fall and spring semesters;
- $8,000 per year: 3.5 GPA confirmed by WIU;
- $6,000 per year: 3.0 GPA confirmed by WIU;
- $4,000 per year: 2.5 GPA confirmed by WIU.
