Eligibility for Judge Andrew A. Mickle Scholarship in Criminal Justice at Georgia State University:
- The recipient of this merit-based grant will be an undergraduate criminal justice student with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Preference for the subsequent items: Children of retired or deceased military and law enforcement, children of active military and veterans, children of active POST-certified law enforcement, offspring of one or both parents born in Upstate New York, or students born there.
