Sainsbury Management Fellowships 2025

The Sainsbury Management Fellowship (SMF) is a scholarship program supported by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation. It helps high-potential engineers get a full-time MBA at top international business schools. The main goal of SMF is to turn UK engineers into leaders in their fields and boost UK businesses' economic success by offering a group of driven engineers a top-notch business education in an international setting.

Eligibility for Sainsbury Management Fellowships:

• Applicants must be UK nationals domiciled in the UK.
• Applicants must have achieved a minimum GMAT score of 650.
• Applicants must have a first degree in an engineering, allied technology, or science discipline.
• Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to both UK engineering/business/industry and their respective engineering communities.
• Applicants do not need to have Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
• Applicants must have four to ten years of professional experience.
• Applicants must apply for a place in a full-time MBA program at one of the 19 eligible business schools.
