Ellen Castle Undergraduate Scholarship in the Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences at University of Auckland 2024

The Ellen Castle Undergraduate Scholarship in the Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences offers funding of up to $5,000 per year for a maximum of three years to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who plan to enroll in a Bachelor of Arts program in either the School of Humanities or the School of Social Sciences and who graduated from a secondary school in decile 1-4 of the country or a school with a high Equity Index number.

Eligibility for Ellen Castle Undergraduate Scholarship in the Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Auckland:

• The candidate must be enrolled in their final year in a secondary school or kura with a high Equity Index number or a decile 1-4 secondary school or kura, and they must be a citizen or permanent resident of New Zealand.
• The applicant should plan to enroll full-time in a Bachelor of Arts program in the following year, with a major or specialization in one of the humanities or social science schools.
• The Scholarship is not open to students participating in conjoint degree programs.

Value of the Scholarship:

NZD 5,000 per annum for 3 years.
