Food Security Council grants scholarships to top candidates from developing countries. The successful candidates can research on the selected topics offered by the university.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must demonstrate outstanding study performance in agricultural, nutritional, natural, social, economic, or political sciences, or related disciplines with specifications on food security-related issues with a minimum MSc grade of 2.5.
- The applicant must be a passport holder of a developing country according to the OECD DAC list.
- The applicant must hold a PhD degree in agriculture, nutritional, natural, social, economic, or political sciences, or related disciplines with specifications on food security-related issues.
- The applicant must intend to return to his/her home country or country of residence and institute.
- The applicant must demonstrate excellent proficiency in oral and written English.
- The applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- The applicant must be available for the entire period of the research stay of 3 months
