Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship :
- The applicant must be a new first-year student.
- The applicant must apply for any of the programs at the university.
- To be eligible for the scholarship, the students applying to the university must receive an invitation to the Honors College.
- The invited applicants must ideally fulfill the following criteria:
- A GPA or class rank in the top 5% of their class
- Taking advanced courses like AP, IB, or dual enrollment
- Participating in community service, research, and leadership activities can also be looked at as part of our overall review
Value of the Scholarship:
All successful applicants will receive up to $13,000 p.a towards tuition fees from Michigan State University.
