The Prize was founded in 2004 and is supported by a $20,000 donation from Jeanette and David Allison in memory of their daughter Ann Lesley Allison, who earned a bachelor's degree in property from the University of Auckland in 2004.
Eligibility Criteria for the University of Auckland Lesley Allison Memorial Prize:
- Applicants can come from any nationality.
- Applicants must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Property or Bachelor of Property conjoint who achieved the highest mark in the Building Construction course, PROPERTY 281.
Selection process:
- Nomination is made to the Scholarships Office
- The University of Auckland Council will award the Prize upon the recommendation of the Head of the Department of Property.
Application Process:
Students do not need to apply for this scholarship, award, or prize or complete an online application form. It is awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
Value of the scholarship:
The value of the Prize will be $1,600.
