University of Chemistry and Technology CEEPUS Exchange Awards, 2024

The Central European Exchange Program for University Studies CEEPUS is offering scholarships to students from member countries studying at a CEEPUS network university and who want to go for a study exchange at another CEEPUS network university.

Eligibility criteria:

• The applicants must be citizens or residents of member countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Prishtina/Kosovo.
• The applicants must be studying at a CEEPUS network university.
• The candidates must be bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. students.
• The applicants must have completed a minimum of two semesters of their regular course by the time of exchange.
• The applicants must provide an official nomination from their current institute.

Application Process:

• To obtain acceptance for the Exchange Program, the applicant's university should contact the Department of International Relations at UCT Prague and request the link
• The nomination window is open from 1 September - 31 October (for Visa students the deadline is 24 October).
• Following the nomination, the applicant would receive an email intimation on the application procedure from UCT Prague.
• The applicants must submit all the documents via email to the university.
• For the Winter Semester, the admission window is open from 01 April - 15 June
• For the Summer Semester, the admission window is open from 01 September - 15 November  

Documents required:

• The candidates must retain the learning agreement, and submit the student application form.
• The proof of English language skills.
  • Cambridge ESOL: minimum FCE
  • TOEFL iBT: minimum score 80
  • IELTS: minimum band score 5.5
• The medical assessment form has to be submitted except for those who will study only courses from the School of Business. 
• The candidates must submit the academic transcripts
• Motivational letter and CV
• Scan copy of the passport

Notes:

• Accommodation is provided at UCT dormitories
• Students need to submit an application for the accommodation
